Peter Lederer CBE
Having joined Gleneagles in Auchterarder, Perthshire in 1984 as general manager, Peter Lederer was appointed managing director in 1987 and became chairman in November 2007. The hotel has won more than 40 awards in the past 15 years. It’s an AA Top 200 hotel with five red stars and a two-Michelin-starred, four-AA-rosette restaurant run by Andrew Fairlie. Peter is also a major player in Scottish tourism and hospitality training and has won many awards over the years.
David has over a decade of experience in Public Relations, corporate communications and government affairs. Focussing on business development, customer relations and operations David also works on marketing and public relations.

Sean has a strong background in the hospitality sector from operations to branding and service experience modelling. He has wide experience in the hospitality sector in the UK, Europe and the United States. Sean began his career at Gleneagles and has also held senior management positions with Compass Group and has defined and mobilised a wide range of hospitality developments internationally and advises financial services sector clients on hospitality developments. He chairs the New York-based Highlands Restaurant Group and is a committee member of the Hospitality Industry Trust, Scotland.
David has a strong track record in marketing, communications and public relations. He has extensive business development, project management and procurement experience with a post graduate degree in procurement as well as a masters degree in marketing. David has extensive corporate communications experience and specialises in reputation management, communications and growth strategies. David has worked with a range of UK and international clients across a variety of sectors including tourism, energy, retail, infrastructure and business services.
