Our dedicated construction teams are seasoned at ensuring disruption is kept to an absolute minimum. Subtle screening, a strict schedule with tried and tested construction methods means that your Applecrate will be engineered and building regulation certified to exacting standards and within an agreed project timeline set out at the start. All we require is a cleared and serviced site (utilities and waste water handling), Applecrate will provide everything else from foundations to the finished development. Applecrate will repair the ground around the development and if possible utilise local materials, including stone, to create a seamless and sympathetic finish.


We pride ourselves on our depth of experience not only in design and construction but in the hospitality business.  Applecrate will bring all of it expertise to your business.  Our initial consultation will enable us to get to know your business and begin to advise you on how Applecrate will best add value.    We believe in a partnership approach and will work along side you and your teams to provide initial proposals, draft designs and outline financial modelling.

Site Survey

The beauty about our construction methods and designs is that your applecrate can just about go anywhere. A site survey will not only enable us to assess the ground conditions, progress a detailed project plan and provide you with our expert advice but it will also enable you to better understand the opportunities and truly bespoke nature of the applecrate.


Our experienced project management team will undertake any planning consent or building control matters on your behalf including specification for your infrastructure requirements. On average from contract to on-site, planning should take around three / four months.


We handcraft every aspect of the structure to meet your needs including windows and doors.  Having our own design and manufacturing facilities mean that your applecrate is crafted indoors to your specification.   Protected from the weather this ensures that time on site is kept to a minimum and your first applecrate build can be completed within 8 weeks.  If you install 5 applecrates this only increases to 12 weeks.


We can deliver and install anywhere in the UK and delivery charges apply for sites out with a 160 mile radius of our Kinross factory.


Applecrate provides a range of installation options from a turnkey guest ready service to supply and erection only.   We take care of planning consents, site surveys and building warrants.  On site we will lay the foundations and connect to your services.  The build is carried out by our specialist installation teams and the services of an experienced project manager will be on hand at all times.

Post Completion

Further to 60 days from completion one of our team will provide a tune-up. Ensuring that after your applecrate has settled it is exactly as we left it.

Guarantee & Warranty

Our industry-leading 10-year guarantee highlights our confidence in the quality of the Applecrate product.

It covers the fabric and integrity of the building. Our extra warranty package gives you peace of mind that your Applecrate will always be looking its best, goes on delighting your customers and generates strong revenue streams for your business.  We provide an annual checkup, inspection and refresh service every 3 years and a more detailed inspection, seal and external protective coating if required.  Further details will be set out as part of our contract.
